NOTS 20: SISTERS OF THE MOON on May 14, 2010 - our deepest thanks. This very special twentieth annual edition was
a beautiful look at the past, present, and future of this spectacular event - an EXTREMELY SOLD OUT evening filled with brilliant costumes and love.
We so appreciate the energy and care that you bring to "The Night" every year, and your interpretations of Stevie looks past, present and future.

THE JACKIE FACTORY held their 20th annual NIGHT OF A THOUSAND STEVIES on May 14, 2010 at the HIGHLINE BALLROOM in NYC. This year's moonlit, milestone edition was inspired by one of Stevie's most enduring and iconic songs, SISTERS OF THE MOON. Though Stevie has not performed this song much of late, it has remained a showpiece and staple of some of NOTS most thrilling performers past and present. NOTS 20 featured a midnight sky lit up by La Nicks' most enduring archetypes and images, including the Nightbird, The Welsh Witch and The Moon Goddess.
This year's bill included Legends of Stevie Realness from all eras of the show, and honored them all, our Sisters (and Brothers) of the Moon.
"Enchantresses of Ceremony" CHI CHI VALENTI and HATTIE HATHAWAY introduced this staggering cast: Returning performers BELLADONNA (CALIFORNIA), SHERRY VINE, JUSTIN BOND, THE HO-HOS, GYPSY WILDE, JAZMEN FLOWERS (MISSISSIPI), SWEETIE, ADAM DUGAS, AMBER MARTIN & MIA THEODORATUS, HEATHER LITTEER, CHARLENE CORAN (COLORADO), ST. EVE, BILLY O, POISON EVE, THE DIVINE GRACE, VELOCITY CHYALDD, BELLA LUNA, MISS KELLY WEBB, JONNY TINGLE, BROOKE MCMAHAN (FLORIDA), VANGELINE THEATER, DARLINDA JUST DARLINDA, MACHINE DAZZLE, PAIGE STEVENSON and AMBER RAY.
This year's new performers and ensembles were selected from forty-odd applicants. These 2010 debuts were JULIE MYERS aka NEARLY NICKS (CANADA)
who performs Stevie in varied venues from Las Vegas to Toronto, THE PEARL DANDY (UK) a British Asian singer-songwriter from East London,
hometown Dragstar GUSTY WINDS and chanteuse ERICKATOURE AVIANCE. Also making her NOTS debut this year was the director/choreographer RACHEL KLEIN, who created the opening number with her theater company RACHEL KLEIN PRODUCTIONS. Our all-Stevie, all-Fleetwood DJs were the much-loved CRAIG SPENCER and POISON EVE, with a set by NOTS co-producer JOHNNY DYNELL, who has created many of our special show mixes through the years.

NIGHT OF A THOUSAND STEVIES is the biggest and best-loved STEVIE NICKS fan event
in the world, one of those great New York City spectacles that sparks travel
from all around the globe. Born in 1990 at the tiny performance venue MOTHER,
"The Night" is now in its twentieth year, even inspiring the 2001 film GYPSY 83. Neither a contest nor a karaoke show, NOTS is the
Stevie celebration ne plus ultra - a riot of shawls, lace, baby's breath,
twirling, tambourines and great performance. This much-loved annual has hosted
Stevie fans and celebrated guests and performers including DEBBIE HARRY, BOY GEORGE, COURTNEY
LOVE, CYNDI LAUPER and so many more.

NOTS producers CHI
CHI VALENTI, JOHNNY
DYNELL and HATTIE HATHAWAY have been creating events together since the
early Nineties, as part of a creative collective called THE JACKIE FACTORY NYC.
"The Factory" brought over 450 themed weekly editions of JACKIE 60 to fruition
over a decade in the 1990s, and currently produce dozens of
